Shipping & Returns

All of our products are carefully produced, checked & packed prior to dispatch to ensure that they get to you in perfect condition.

Vinyl products will be sent in either postal tubes or hard-backed envelopes (dependant on size) to ensure that they do not get damaged during transit.

Giftware & Clothing will be sent in Jiffy style packaging, again to prevent damage during transit.

Ceramics will be boxed.

As standard we keep costs low and do our bit to help the environment by keeping the packaging to a minimum. It is our policy not to over-package any item, so therefore if you require gift boxing or wrapping then please contact us for details.

Our delivery prices are based on weight and are as follows:
Less than 250g = 2.50
250g to 999g = 3.95
1kg to 2.99kg = 4.95
3kg to 4.99kg = 6.50
5kg to 9.99kg = 8.50
10kg & over = 9.99
Prices are automatically calculated on checkout based on weight.

We constantly research the market to use the cheapest signed for service available - and this varies by weight. Smaller items / weights are generally sent by a Royal Mail 'Signed for' service and larger items sent out using MyHermes 'Signed for' service.


Any faulty items can be returned for an exchange or a refund.

You must notify us with 7 days of delivery of any faults / errors that are our fault by email to:

We suggest that you re-pack carefully and use a 'Signed For' service when returning any item to ensure that it arrives to us safely.

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Any errors due to mis-spelling cannot be altered once they have been printed. We therefore insist that you double check your personalisation info before completing your transaction. However, we are in the real world and appreciate that errors can be made - so if you have made an error please contact us and we will work with you to resolve as best as we can.
